SE 114 OF SECTION 31-LLOYDIBRODEL
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map to finalize a 2.75 acre
land division in the SE 1/4 of Section 31 has been submitted, and
WHEREAS, The Utilities Committee has granted an extension
of municipal sewer to this lot, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission in P.C. 159-88 approved a 2.75
acre division.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the Certified Survey Map and recommend approval to the Common
Council subject to receipt of all other fees required by Section
10 of the land division ordinance and the approval of the city
engineers.
