APPROVAL OF TEMPORARY SIGN ON CORNER OF HWY. 24
AND PARKLAND DRIVE-INCH BY INCH
WHEREAS, It is proposed to place a temporary sign on the
corner of Hwy. 24 and Parkland Drive for the purpose of
designating a new toning salon, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission may permit a temporary sign
for a limited period of time based on the type and purpose of the
sign.
THEREFORE RE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission grant a
temporary sign for a period not to exceed 90 days.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the sign be removed within 7
days of installation of the flat wall sign or whichever comes
€irst and that it not be a flashing sian.
