WHEREAS, It is proposed to add a 24 square foot flat wall
sign on a recent addition to the building located on S74 W16834
Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS, There is an existing 48 square foot sign on this
wall, and
WHEREAS, The zoning ordinance permits only 27 square feet
on this wall.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the 24 square foot sign advertising Inch By Inch Toning Salon
subject to a variance being granted by the Board of Appeals.
