RECOMMEND 6 MONTH EXTENSION FOR CONCEPTUAL REZONING
FROM RSM TO B-2. SW 114 OF SECTION 10
WHEREAS, In P.C. 78-88 the Plan Commission recommended
rezoning RSM to B-2 on the SW 1/4 of Section 10 for the purpose
of commercial development, and
WHEREAS, The necessary public hearing was held and the City
in Resolution #131-R8 presented its intention to approve the
concept of the rezoning for 6 months unless withdrawn by the
petitioner, and
WHEREAS, It is now the petitioner's request to extend the
intention to rezone for an additional 6 months.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommend to the Common Council that the request for the 6 month
extension for the intent to rezone from RSM to B-2 in the SW 1/4
of Section 10 for another 6 months be granted.
