WHEREAS, It is proposed to hang an 18" x 30" illuminated
sign on an existing sign pole at S76 W17969 Janesville Road
advertising Checkers Pizza & Subs, and
WHEREAS, This sign will hang just below the Gateway sign,
and
WHEREAS, The square footage of the sign be approximately 24
square feet, and
WHEREAS, The zoning ordinance permits a 47 square foot sign
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the 18" x 30" sign to an existing 4' x 5' sign at the property
addressed as S76 W17969 Janesville Road.
