NE 114 OF SECTION 12
WHEREAS, A petition has been received requesting a revision
changing the boundaries of the floodway in the NE 1/4 of Section
12, and
WHEREAS, The necessary public hearing has been held, and
WHEREAS, DNR has confirmed that the floodway shown on the
map was not accurate.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommend amending the floodplain map for the Tess Corners Creek
in the NE 1/4 of Section 12 in accordance with the data map
submitted by Donohue h Associates.
