APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR 5 PARCEL DIVISION
NW 114 OF SECTION 8

RESOLUTION #P.C. 209-88
WHEREAS, It is proposed to amend the sketch that was
deferred from the November 15, 1988 Plan Commission meeting,, and
WHEREAS, It is now proposed to divide 5 parcels in the NW
114 of Section 8, and
WHEREAS, The petitioner has appeared at the Utilities
Committee meeting and was denied development without sewers
because of being in a sewer service area, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the sketch for a 5 parcel division in the NW 114 of Section 8
subject that all lots have sewer availability.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That subject to the clarification
of the Public Utilities Committee that the Plan Commission be
receptive to a land division of parcels D and E, that the
division of C and D be required to have sewer, that parcels A and
B will have existing on-site systems and E an alternative method
of septic disposal.
