AMEND BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN FOR
RESOLUTION #P.C. 208-88
ADDITION FOR STORAGE OF MATERIAL-NRW
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission approved a screening fence for
the NRW International Corporation at S81 W18878 Apollo Drive, and
WHEREAS, In Resolution #172-88 the Plan Commission approved
a 6' chain link fence around the north and west sides of the
existing building, and
WHEREAS, They were given 60 days to provide for that
screening which will expire on November 20, 1988, and
WHEREAS, They are now proposing to construct a 75' x 40'
steel frame addition for storage of material, and
WHEREAS, They propose to provide for parking the company
owned vehicles at the north end of the building.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the huilding, site and
operation plan be amended to approve the 40' x 75'addition for
the storage of material and fence in an area at the north end of
the building to screen the parking of company owned vehicles.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this addition be completed and
fence be installed by March 1, 1989.
