WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a 4' x 8' non-
illuminated sign advertising the Bay Breeze condominiums for
sale, and
WHEREAS, The ordinance permits temporary signs for one year
with extensions for 6 month intervals or until such time as 75%
of the development has occurred.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the 32 square foot temporary sign for one year.
