WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide a 2 1/2 acre parcel in
the SW 114 of Section 1 zoned RS2, and
WHEREAS, These lots more than meet the requirements of the
RS2 zoning.
WHEREAS, The sketch which has been submitted by William
Schmidt for Thekla H. Schmidt, and
WHEREAS, Both lots are serviced by municipal sewers.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the sketch and be receptive to a certified survey map.
