WHEREAS, A final plat for Meadow Green West has been
submitted to the Plan Commission for approval, and
WHEREAS, The preliminary plan has been approved in
Resolution #122-88, and
WHEREAS, The final plat conforms to the preliminary plat,
and
WHEREAS, This plat is zoned RS210PD in concept, and
WHEREAS, The developer's agreement which includes the deed
restrictions has been submitted.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
e the final plat and the deed restrictions for the 44 lot
subdivision known as Meadow Green West in the NE 114 of Section
16 subject to all fees as provided in Section 10 of the land
division ordinance.
