APPROVAL OF LAND DIVISION FOR CITY-OWNED LAND
SW 114 OF SECTION 12
WHEREAS, The City of Muskego has prepared a certified
survey map in the SW 1/4 of Section 12, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has granted access to
Fairfield Drive in Resolution #201-88, and
WHEREAS, Any further division of this land will require
Plan Commission and Common Council approval.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the division of land in the SW 1/4 of Section 12.
