RESOLUTION #P.C. 201-88
APPROVAL OF GRANTING EASEMENT ON CITY-OWNED 60' STRIP OF LAND-SW 114 OF SECTION 12 KURER-BUSHBERGER
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has been requested to approve
access for undeveloped land beloneing to the City of Muskego in
the SW 1/4 of Section 12, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission in PC120-80 approved a 2 lot
division and retained a 60' strip along the north boundary of the
property formerly known as the Rluhm property, and
WHEREAS, This 60' dedication was created as an access to
the undeveloped land to the west, and
WHEREAS, The city wishes to retain the 60' strip from
Fairfield Drive west to the lift station because of the forced
mains, and
WHEREAS, This 60' dedication was created as an access to
the undeveloped land to the west, and
WHEREAS, The city now wishes to convey the remaining lands
to a private owner, and
WHEREAS, They will request an easement for the development
of possible future lots.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the granting of an easement on the north 60' of the property to
be retained by the city in the SW 1/4 of Section 12.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the lot size shall be a
minimum of 2 acres and not include the lake.
