RESOLUTION ~P.c. 199-88
APPROVAL OF ADDITION TO THE BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN AT PARKLAND MALL-S74 W17000 JANESVILLE ROAD
WHEREAS, It is proposed to install 8 vinyl awnings
approximately 12' x 4' and a 36" vinyl valance and it is proposed
to remove 4 of the large trees used as landscaping, and
WHEREAS, The awnings and the valance would be installed
along the Janesville Road elevation of the building and the large
trees would be removed for the purpose of preventing unauthorized
access to the roof, and
WHEREAS, A change in the building:, site and operation plan
is required to be reviewed and approved by the Plan Commission,
and
WHEREAS, The awnings and the valance are intended to
improve the appearance of the Parkland Itall.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the installation of the awnings and valance and the removal of
the trees provided additional shrubs be placed in place of the
trees by June 1, 1989.
