NW 114 OF SECTION 14-DOVIC
WHEREAS, A certified survey map has been submitted for a 3
acre parcel of property, and
WHEREAS, A sketch was submitted and approved in PC187-88,
and
WHEREAS, The certified survey map has been modified to
allow for the Mystic Drive road right of way and also to allow
for the possibility of future land division in that area, and
WHEREAS, The applicant has submitted a soil horing and
percolation test.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
this certified survey map for the property located at the NW 1/4
of Section 14.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map and recommend approval to the Common
Council subject to receipt of all other fees required by Section
10 of the land division ordinance and the approval of the city
engineers.
