WEREAS, A site plan and construction drawing has been
submitted by the applicant for the purpose of constructing a 40'
x 60' second garage structure, and
WHEREAS, The property is zoned RS-2/00S, and
WHEREAS, The 00s zoning district allows commercial use of
the property, and
WHEREAS, The proposed structure conforms to the zoning
district requirements for setback and will be constructed with
material architecturally compatible to the existing structures,
and
WHEREAS, The structure would be used to store equipment,
materials and products which are now outside and visible on the
site.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the second garage structure for the property located at S65
W13964 Janesville Road.
