APPROVAL OF 2ND GARAGE STRUCTURE
AT Wl88 S10485 KELSEY DRIVE-D. GUMIENY
w#EREAS, A site plan and building plan have been submitted
requesting approval for a second garage structure, and
WHEREAS, The proposed structure will conform to the R-1
zoning district regulations for size and setbacks, and
WHEREAS, The architectural appearance and design will match
the existing residence.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the second garage structure located at W188 St0485 Kelsey Drive
subject to the condition that the shed be removed after
occupancy.
