PCR1988194APPROVAL OF CONDITIONAL USE TO CONVERT AN EXISTING OFFICE INTO
RESOLUTION #P.C. 194-88
RESIDENTIAL USE AT S107 W16311 LOOMIS ROAD-A. SMITH
WHEREAS, It is proposed to convert an existing office into
residential use in this R-4 District at S107 W16311 Loomis Road,
and
WHEREAS, This building was used as a real estate office,
and
WHEREAS, The public hearing was held on October 18, 1988,
and
WHEREAS, The residential conversion would be permitted as a
conditional use, and
THEREFORE RE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the conditional use grant.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That approval be conditioned upon
the following:
1. That a building permit for the conversion is approved
and that the construction meet all requirements of the building
code for residential conversions.
2. That the existing 4' x 16' plywood Me1 Wendt Realty
sign be removed prior to an occupancy permit being issued.
