SW 114 OF SECTION 21-CAROL DEBACK
WHEFtEAS, A certified survey map was submitted on October
13, 1988 to finalize a 12 acre land division into 3 lots in the
SW 1/4 of Section 21, and
WHEREAS, The sketch has been approved in Resolution
#P.C.169-88, and
WHEREAS, The certified survey map appears to conform to
that sketch and the conditions in Resolution flP.C.169-88.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map and recommend approval to the Common
Council subject to receipt of all other fees required by Section
10 of the land division ordinance and the approval of the city
engineers.
