W#ERU$, A petition has been received for a rezoning from
RS-2 to RS-2(0D) District in the SW 1/4 of Section 11 (W182 S8758
Racine Avenue) , and
WHEREAS, The residence had been constructed as a duplex and
had lost its legal non-conforming status.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommend approval to the Common Council for the rezoning of this
1 acre parcel in the SW 1/4 of Section 11.
