WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide a 1.2 acre lot in the NW
1/4 of Section 21, and
WHEREAS, This lot is not planned or served by a sanitary
sewer disposal system.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the division of land and will be receptive to a certified survey
map conditioned on the rezoning from EA to R-3 and that a
favorable perc test be submitted for an on-site sanitary sewer
disposal system.
