RECOMMENDATION TO REZONE FROM E3 TO R-3 W182 S8758 PACINE AVENUE-STEFANIAK
WHEREAS, A petition has been received for a rezoning from
EA to R-3 in the NW 1 /4 of Section 21 (W182 S8758 Racine Avenue),
and
WHEREAS, It is proposed to rezone 1.2 acres of land in
order to build a single family home.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommend approval to the Common Council the rezoning from EA to
R-3 to permit the construction of a single family home on the
Stefaniak property in the NW 1/4 of Section 21.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a favorable perc test for an
0 on-site sanitary sewer disposal system be submitted prior to the
Common Council taking action.
