APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP NE 114 OF SECTION 7
TOWN OF NORWAY-MARY DUERST
WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide Parcel 1 from Parcel 2 in
the NE 1/4 of Section 7 in the Town of Norway, and
WHEREAS, This approval is necessary under the city's
extraterritorial plan approval, and
WHEREAS, The Town of Norway and the County of Racine must
approve land division within their jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the City of Muskego approve
the certified survey map and recommend above to the Common
Counc i 1.
