WHEREAS, This is zoned RS-2, this area is unsewered and
conforms to the zoning ordinance, and
WHEREAS, This lot abuts Mystic Drive a public road.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission be
receptive to a certified survey map conditioned that proof of an
on-site sanitary sewer disposal system will be availble to this
lot.
