DIVISION OF ONE ACRE PARCEL IN NW 114 OF SECTION 19 CROWBAR ROAD-DON ROSS
WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide a one acre parcel in the
NW 1 /4 of Section 19 (Crowbar Road), and
WHEREAS, Section 8.20(A)l(a) allows residents which will be
occupied by the parent or child of the operator to divide a lot
with R-3 regulations, and
WHEREAS, The lot size must be 40,000 square feet in area
and 150' average width, and
WHEREAS, This property division complies with those
regulations.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission be
receptive to a certified survey map dividing a one acre lot in
the NW 1/4 of Section 19 on Crowbar Road conditioned that proof
of an on-site sanitary sewer disposal system will be available to
this lot.
