AP@ROVAL/DISAPPROVAL OF VACATING A 50'ROAD RESERVATION FOR
RESOLUTION #P.C. 184-88
NE 114 OF SECTION 8 - DOROTHY HEINZ
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission approved a certified survey
map for a four (4) lot division in the NE 1/4 of Section 8,
Hillview Farm Subdivision-Dorothy Heinz in Resolution #P.C. 162-
88, and
WHEREAS, This land had been previously divided in September
1973 and a 50' road reservation extending Hillview Drive to the
west, and
WHEREAS, The owner wishes to vacate the reservation, and
WHEREAS, The vacation for the road reservation was
introduced at the Common Council meeting on October 25, 1988 by
Resolution #236-88.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommend disapproval of the removal of the 50' road reservation
from the property described above to the Common Council.
