LEKFIELD FARM. S93 W21095 HENNEBERRY DRIVE
APPROVAL OF EXTRACTION OF CLAY
WHEREAS, The City of Muskego has been requested to extend
the extension for the removal of the clay from the Lekfield
property at 593 W21095 Henneberry Drive which was granted by
Resolution #P.C. 152-87 dated October 6, 1987, and
WHEREAS, The Public Welfare Committee of the Common Council
has reviewed this request on October 13, 1988.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommend approval for the extension on the clay removal on the
Lekfield property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the developer submit a plan
showing the removal of clay in phases and each phase would have a
deadline for restoration and that the bond be set for each phase,
that the exceeding phases will not commence until the preceding
phase is fully restored, and that the Plan Commission recommend
to the Common Council that a penalty for failure to comply with
restoration in each phase be assessed.
