APPROVAL OF SIGNAGE AT LINCOLN PT. PLAZA
C.V. ZILLIG COMPANY
SHOPPING CENTER-S63 W13700 W. JANESVILLE ROAD
WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a free standing and a
flat wall sign at the Lincoln Point Plaza Shopping Center located
at S63 W13700 W. Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS, Section 6.09(9) permits a modification of the
regulations of the B-2 District, and
WHEREAS, The size and location of these signs exceed the
district regulation.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the 135 square foot free standing sign and the 10 foot flat wall
sign.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the signs will not exceed the
1.5 square foot per lineal foot of building front.
