WHEREAS, The Plan Commission in Resolution fjP.C.13-88
approved the building, site and operation plan of the Lincoln
Point Plaza Shopping Center, and
WHEREAS, That approval was subject to the submittal of the
landscape, lighting and signage, and
WHEREAS, Landscape and lighting plans have now been
submitted, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the landscape and lighting plans for the Lincoln Point Plaza
Shopping Center at S63 W13700 W. Janesville Road.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the trash compactor will be
screened and that the side slope that exceeds the ordinance will
be landscaped to meet the code.
