D h H CONSTRUCTION-INDUSTRIAL PARK - DAVE MILLER APPROVAL OF BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN
WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a 12,700 square foot
garage and office building, and
WHEREAS, The building is of masonry construction, and
WHEREAS, The site plan shows a 350' x 383' lot with a
future storage building and future addition, and
WHEREAS, It shows 25 parking spaces.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the building site and operation plan proposed for D & H
Construction in the Muskego Industrial Park addition and this
approval is subject to the submittal and approval of the
landscape plan which includes lighting and signage. a BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is subject to
the following conditions:
1. Require dust-proofing for the parking area and driveway
in the back of the building.
2. Restrict the time salt can be stored on the property
from November 1 st to May 1 st.
