THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the building site and operation plan proposed for D & H Construction in the Muskego Industrial Park addition and this approval is subject to the submittal and approval of the landscape plan which includes lighting and signage. a BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is subject to the following conditions: 1. Require dust-proofing for the parking area and driveway in the back of the building. 2.
