WHEREAS, A sketch has been submitted showing a 3 parcel
division of approximately 17 acres in the NE 1/4 of Section 15,
and
WHEREAS. This property has access only by easement, and
WHEREAS, 4.07 of the zoning ordinance permits divisions of
lots of at least 2 acres in size that do not abut a public street
or approved way provided that the tract has access by permanent
easement to a public street and does not conflict with plans for
future development of streets in the area, and
WHEREAS, The highway width map does not show a future road
on this property.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the 3 parcel division with the following conditions:
1. That an on-site sanitary disposal system be approved by
Waukesha County.
2. That a permanent 60' easement show on the certified
survey map and that they include all utilities.
3. That the 6 cottages be removed prior to the recording
of the certified survey map or a bond until a building permit is
issued.
