WHEREAS, William Martin, W146 S7356 Durham Drive has
requested permission to construct a 12' x 15' second garage
structure on their property, and
RESOLUTION ~P.c. 176-88
for the second garage structure, and
WHEREAS, The applicant has submitted construction plans
WHEREAS, It does not appear that such garage would have a
substantial adverse affect on the propety value or reasonable enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this RS-2 District.
WHEREAS, The structure will conform to the setback and
offset areas of the zoning ordinance.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego Architectural Control Board, does hereby approve
the request of William Martin to construct a 12' x 15' second
garage structure at W146 S7356 Durham Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the height of this structure
shall not exceed 15'.
