CONSTRUCT A 25' x 35' ADDITION TO EXISTING BUILDING

AT w125 s973a N. CAPE ROAD
WHEREAS, IT IS PROPOSED TO CONSTRUCT A 25' x 35' addition
to an existing building at W125 S9738 N. Cape Road, and
WHEREAS, The use of this building is for automobile repair
and under conditional use, and
WHEREAS, This addition constitutes an expansion of that
conditional use granted, and
WHEREAS, The public hearing was held September 6, 1988, and
WHEREAS, The request also includes changes to the original
grant.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the expansion of the conditional use grant and place the
following conditions:
1. Hours of operation to be amended from 8 A.M. to 8 P.M.
Monday through Friday.
2. That trees and shrubs be installed prior to 6/1/89.
3. All vehicles intended for sale shall be located behind
the fence enclosure and kept out of public view.
4. The area from the front gate to the back of the
proposed building have a 10' concrete apron.
