WHEREAS, Bay Breeze building site and operational plan has
been approved by the Plan Commission, and
WHEREAS, The By-Laws have now been submitted, and
WHEREAS, The By-Laws outline the owner's benefits and
restrictions which constitute the operational plan for the
association.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the By-Laws for the Bay Breeze Condominium Project as part of the
operational plan.
