NE 114 OF SECTION 9 - INGERSOLL/GIEFER
WHEREAS, A certified survey map is proposed to divide 19.11
acres from the property formerly known as Dandelion Park, and
WHEREAS, This parcel is now being used for the development
of the Bay Breeze Condominium Units (74), and
WHEREAS, Parcel 2 will be 8.59 acres and a remanent of the
total parcel.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map dividing 19.1 1 acres in the NE 1/4 of
Section 9 known as Bay Breeze.
THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
approve the certified survey map and recommend approval to the
Common Council subject to receipt of all fees in Section 10 of
the Land Division Ordinance and the approval of the city
engineers.
