PCR19881716 APPROVAL TO CONSTRUCT A 50' ROUND 6' DEEP POND ON LOT 19 LUDWIGS

SUBDIVISION--DURHAM
WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a 50' round pond, and
WHEREAS, This pond is proposed to be 6' in depth and
located within the wetlands, and
WHEREAS, The spoilage from the construction will be placed
in an area not in the wetland, and
WHEREAS, There is an area outside the wetlands that was
given permission to fill and the spoilage will be used in this
area.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the construction of a 50'round 6' deep pond for Lot 19 in the
Ludwigs Subdivision.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is not intended
to usurp the authority of the DNR or the Corps. of Engineers.
