WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a 10' x 14' storage
structure at W126 S6391 Coleridge Court, and
WHEREAS, This structure will be used for storage, and
WHEREAS, This structure will be compatible with residential
development, and
WHEREAS, The structure will conform to the setback and
offset areas of the zoning ordinance.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommend approval of this 2nd garage structure for residential
storage.
