PCR1988169APPROVE SKETCH TO DIVIDE 12 ACRES INTO 3 LOTS IN THE SW 114 OF RESOLUTION #P.C. 169-88 SECTION 21--CAROL DEBACK WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide 12 acres into 3 lots in the SW 114 of Section 21, and WHEREAS, The Parcel 1 and Parcel 2 will have a shared access to Racine Avenue and Parcel 3 should be restricted to Parker Drive, and WHEREAS, The land suitability is questionable because portions are in the secondary wetlands, and WHEREAS, These parcels will require on-site sanitary disposal systems. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the sketch subject to a suitable perc test on each lot and that the final plat outline the wetland flood plain and that the plat show that Parcel 3 shall only have access to Parker Drive.
