PCR1988168APPROVAL TO CONSTRUCT A 7 112' FENCE AT
S74 W17365 RICHARDS LANE-HAASE
RESOLUTION #P.C. 168-88
WHEREAS, A fence has been constructed adjacent to a City
Right-of-way that leads from Janesville Road to Richards Lane,
and
WHEREAS, This proposed fence extends to Richards Lane, and
WHEREAS, This fence has been constructed in excess of 6' in
height, and
WHEREAS, 4.05(d)3 states that a fence in excess of 6' in
height may be permitted closer than the required setback and
offset with written consent of the adjoining property owner
(City) and by approval of the Plan Commission, and
WHEREAS, Such fence does not appear to be architecturally
unacceptable and restrict any other property owner from the use
of the Right-of-way.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the 7 1/2' fence along the east property line located at 574
W17365 Richards Lane.
