WHEREAS, The Police Department is proposing to install a
shooting range in the NE 1/4 of Section 18.
WHEREAS, This use is permitted in an OIP district and the
Common Council on their own motion is requesting a change in the
zoning district map, and
WHEREAS, The Common Council must submit all proposals to
I amend the map to the Plan Commission for report and
recommendation.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommend that the change from R1 to Rl/OIP for the purpose of ' 0 installing a shooting range for the City of Muskego Police
I Department.
