APPROVAL OF LAND DIVISION AND EXTRATERRITORIAL ZONING

SE 114 OF SECTION 1-TOWN OF WATERFORD
WHEREAS, It is proposed to convey land to the abutting
property owners and also a 66' strip of land for road purposes
located in the SE 1/4 of Section 1 of the Town of Waterford, and
WHEREAS, The Town of Waterford and the County of Racine
must approve land division within their jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the City of Muskego approve
the certified survey map and recommend approval to the Common
Council.
