WOODCREST HEIGHTS-PARCEL 4
WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted to divide Lot
18 in the Woodcrest Heights Subdivision of the SW 1/4 of Section
16, and.
WHEREAS, The sketch has been approved in Resolution
#P.C.86-88, and
WHEREAS, The certified survey map appears to conform to
that sketch.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map and recommend approval to the Common
Council subject to receipt of all other fees required by Section
10 of the land division ordinance and the approval of the city
engineers.
