IN THE NE 114 OF SECTION 8 - HILLVIEW FARM SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted to finalize
the division of a parcel of land known as Lot 17 in the NE 1/4 of
Section 8 of the Hillview Farm subdivision, and
WHEREAS, The sketch has been approved in Resolution
#P.C.67-88, and
WHEREAS, The certified survey map appears to conform to
that sketch.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Planning Commission
approve the certified survey map and recommend approval to the
Common Council subject to receipt of $600 park dedication fees,
fees required by Section 10 of the land division ordinance and
the approval of the city engineers.
