WHEREAS. It is proposed to construct a 7,200 square foot
accessory cold storage building on the property addressed above,
and
WHEREAS, This pole type structure is similar to an existing
pole type structure, and
WHEREAS, The offsets and setbacks meet the zoning
requirements.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Planning Commission
approve the amended site plan permitting a 150'x48' accessory
pre-engineered building.
