SECTION 31-ROBERT h JENNIFER LLOYD
WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide a 300' x 400' parcel in
the SW 1/4 of Section 31, and
WHEREAS, This is zoned Agricultural and the lot conforms to
that district, and
WHEREAS, The applicant is scheduled to appear at the Public
Utilities Committee on September 22, 1988 for sewer.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Planning Commission
approve the sketch and will be receptive to a certified survey
map based on the ability of the applicant to acquire a sewer or a
sanitary permit from Waukesha County Health Department.
