AT W171 S6972 LANNON DRIVE - KEN KRIESER
WHEREAS. It is proposed to construct a 20' x 22' second
garage structure at W171 S6972 Lannon Drive, and
WHEREAS This garage structure will be used to store
collectors cars. and
WHEREAS, This garage will be compatible with residential
development, and
WHEREAS, The garage will conform to the setback and offset
areas of the zoning ordinance.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Planning Commission
recommend approval of this structure.
