APPROVAL TO CONSTRUCT 20' x 24' ADDITION TO TAVERN AT S102 W19570 KELSEY DRIVE
RESOLUTION #P.c. 157-88
WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a 20' x 24' addition
to a tavern at S102 W19570 Kelsey Drive, and
WHEREAS, This is located at the NE corner of Racine Avenue
and Kelsey Drive and is zoned B-2, and
WHEREAS, Taverns are subject to approval of the building
site and operational plans by the Planning Commission, and
WHEREAS, There will be an increase in the prime floor area
demanding increased parking area, and
WHEREAS, This property is not in a sewer district and
requires a preliminary site evaluation from Waukesha County
Health Department, and
WHEREAS, This property is located between two duplexes, and
WHEREAS, The Board of Appeals has granted a variance in
setback.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Planning Commission
approve the addition subject to the following:
1. That the exterior siding on both west and south
elevations be done with one type of identical material.
2. That the parking lot be asphalted within one year from
the date that the permit is issued.
3. That the building meet all State and local codes as far
as exits and sanitary facilities.
4. That the Waukesha County Health Department submit a
favorable preliminary site approval.
5. Bonding for $5,000 be provided.
6. Require 6' privacy (not chain link) fence east side Of
property only from the front of the neighboring garage entrance
in line with the back of the existing garage to be installed by
May 15, 1989.
