WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct approximately 4750
square foot addition to an existing 8,000 square foot building,
and
WHEREAS, The existing building is a painted decorative
block and the addition proposed is to be metal using the same
color as the existing building, and
WHEREAS, This addition is to the rear of the existing
building, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED. That the Planning Commission
approve the 4750 square foot addition to the existing building
located at S81 W18636 Gemini Drive. 0 THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is
conditioned that the Fire Department approve the construction and
that adequate parking at a rate of one space for every two
employees be provided.
