OF LOT IO IN BLOCK 2, HILLVIEW FARM-LOCHURST PLAT SUBDIVISION-
GERALD GIEFER
WHEREAS, The Planning Commission has received a petition
for determining the status of the south 1/2 of Lot 10 in Block 2
of the Hillview Farm-Lochurst Plat Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, The petition has been received from a potential
buyer who owns an adjoining lot, and
WHEREAS, This lot measures 50'x385', and
WHEREAS, The existing cottage has been removed.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Planning Commission
recommend to the Common Council that the south 1/2 of Lot 10 in
Block 2 of the Hillview Farm-Lochurst Plat Subdivision be given
legal lot status.
