THE NE 114 SECTION 2 MCATED IN THE SW CORNER OF COLLEGE AVENUE
AND TESS CORNERS DRIVE
RESOLUTION #P.c. 154-88
WHEREAS, A certified survey map has been submitted to
divide a lot in the NE Quarter Section 2 located at the SW corner
of College and Tess Corners Drive, and
WHEREAS. A sketch was approved in P.C.110-88, and
WHEREAS, That resolution conditionally stated that the
outlot be re-attached to one of the abutting properties, and
WHEREAS, The survey now shows the outlot to be attached to
an abutting lot in the Glenbrook Subdivision and listed as Parcel
2 of the Certified Survey Map.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Planning Commission
approve the Certified Survey Map and recommend approval to the
Common Council.
